The Diploma in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) program is structured around two key areas. First, it is designed to equip you for direct entry into the ICT job market in Vanuatu and potentially overseas. The program covers both technical professional skills and focuses on personal development and communication abilities. It aims not only to build your core IT competencies but also to foster your overall growth.
Second, with its broad nature, this program serves as a foundation for future specializations or further studies, either in employment-focused programs or academic pursuits, as part of the ongoing development of NUV's ICT education offerings.

The program is open to students who have completed secondary school or a Certificate IV and meet the entry requirements. This is a 2-year, full-time, on-campus program delivered at the NUV main campus in Port Vila, beginning in February 2025. As an employment-focused program, you will attend classes during the first three semesters, while the final semester provides a full-time work-based learning opportunity through an internship with an IT company.
