Port-Vila, Vanuatu – 16 May 2022: The National University of Vanuatu (NUV), the Ministry of Climate Change Adaptation, Meteorology, Geo-Hazards, Environment, Energy and Disaster Management (MoCC) and the Food and Agriculture Organization of United Nations (FAO) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Monday 16 May 2022. The purposes of this MoU are to develop academic and educational cooperation, strengthen working and research links between NUV, MoCC and FAO to support the government policy, strengthen the NUV School of Science by adding a practical approach to the national programs developed in the field of Environmental Science and related fields and promote the integration of the Vanuatu Agriculture College into the NUV.

Port-Vila, Vanuatu – 1 February 2022: On 1 February 2022, the National University of Vanuatu handed over a donation of 100,000VT to the Vanuatu-based Tongan community in support of the Solidarity Call towards the population of Tonga.
