It embraced a broad vision of taxation by first drawing up the "State of play" of the tax system Ni-Van, to question, subsequently, on such crucial issues as "Taxation and Insularity".

It also focused on understanding the implications of the trinomial "Taxation, Vanuatu and Globalization" to better understand the issues of "Tax reform Vanuatu" and consider what could be "post-reform".
