The National University of Vanuatu (NUV) invites the public to attend the Forum of Influential Women, taking place on 12–13 May 2026 at the NUV Auditorium in Port Vila. Organised by the Observatoire francophone pour le développement inclusif par le genre (OFDIG) in partnership with NUV and regional stakeholders, the forum will bring together leaders, educators, researchers, activists, entrepreneurs, and development partners from across the Pacific.

The two-day event will explore women’s rights, leadership, education, gender equality, and women’s participation in decision-making through panel discussions, conferences, and experience-sharing sessions. Participants will engage with inspiring speakers from government institutions, civil society, universities, and regional organisations.

The forum is open to students, professionals, and members of the public interested in advancing inclusive development and empowering women in the Pacific.
