Graduation: 21 Graduates in Bachelor ESA’s and 23 graduates Master ESS’s

The Ministry of Education and Training in partnership with the Faculty of Administration and Communication of the University Toulouse 1 Capitole, organized last Friday, May 10, a graduation ceremony for Economic and Social Administration Bachelor degree and Economics and Social Sciences Master degree at the Convention Center.
This year marks a historic turning point, as for the first time, are awarded the first graduates of a bilingual Master's degree which has been followed and obtained in Vanuatu. This milestone is a first achievement for the Ministry of Education and Training as part of the ambitious development project of the Vanuatu National Bilingual University.
Thus, in the presence of the Prime Minister of Vanuatu, the Honorable Charlot Salwai Tabimasmas and the Honorable Jean-Pierre Nirua, Minister of Education and Training of Vanuatu, have been graduated 23 ni-Vanuatus students from Master ESS as well as 21 students from ESA Bachelor who have followed the bilingual program funded by the Ministry of Education and Training since 2015.
Vibrant speeches were delivered by Mr Thioye, Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Administration and Communication, Head of the ESA’s Bachelor courses offered in Port Vila and Mr Louis Arsac, Counselor for Cooperation and Cultural Action in Port Vila from the French Embassy. Then, the Honorable Jean-Pierre Nirua, Minister of Education and Training of Vanuatu, also took the floor to congratulate the new graduates and share his pride in seeing in this graduation a first achievement on the project of emerging National University. He also encouraged the laureates to continue their studies, Master's degree for graduates, and PhDs for Master's degree so that the country benefits from their skills and their vision.
