 n the island of Tanna with local islanders playing themselves\, the movie 
 tells a moving forbidden love story shaped by ancestral traditions\, cultu
 ral expectations\, and the search for freedom. Set against Vanuatu’s bre
 athtaking natural landscapes\, Tanna offers an authentic and visually stun
 ning cinematic experience that celebrates the spirit and beauty of the isl
 ands.\n\nStudents are invited to come together\, enjoy storytelling\, and 
 experience an important Vanuatu story on the big screen.\n\nThe screening 
 will take place at the NUV Auditorium on Wednesday 27 May 2026 at 3:30 pm.
